WORK TO BEGIN SPRING 2024
This bid will be for 3 separate roofs combined into one bid it will consist of 1-bunk house approx.115’ long single story,1-shower room 100’ long single story, 1-caretaker cabin. The roofing materials to be used are 29 ga. Steel roofing plus all accessories must meet manufacturer specs For warranty purposes.

Bids will be opened at the Courthouse and Grounds meeting on Tuesday, January 23rd at 9:00 a.m. The Presque Isle County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids as in the exercise of discretion the Board may deem to be in the best interest of the County.
