Overview
The Veteran’s Clinic opened in 2008 and is located at 180 North State Street in Alpena, Michigan call today at 989.356.8720 or 1.888.356.8720. It is open to our fellow Vets! Some features are primary care services for veterans, home-based care services, physical therapy, screening and prevention for mental health, laboratory services available, and prescriptions.

The Veterans Affairs office assists all veterans, widows, and dependents that need information and/or assistance in filing the proper forms with the Veterans Administration to be further considered for any/all benefits they are entitled to. Some benefits include service-connected compensation, widows’ pension or DIC, burial benefits, county burial, headstones, education, and hospitalization.
